Add some excitement to your mid-week work out

Pretty much every article ever written on how to work out consistently includes the advice: “Mix it up to keep things exciting.” Good point. But with busy schedules and weekly routines, that can be tough. This Thursday, we’ve got a plan.

Join Vital Fitness Studio at The Eye downtown for a  60-minute boot camp sesh combining strength and high-intensity training. After class, they’ll be hosting a party with complimentary cocktails, snacks, and a live DJ set on the lawn. Pretty exciting for a mid-week workout, right?
