Start the day off right with breakfast at Sassetta: veggie frittata, roasted pear oatmeal, bagels with soppressata, toasted brioche… Oh, and we should mention it’s your last chance to get breakfast for free! The offer is exclusively for friends and family 1530 Main; all you have to do is snap a pic and share it.

Klyde Warren Park’s third-annual fundraiser Park & Palate starts Friday night with a seated dinner, but our favorite part comes the following day when the lawns fill with more than 30 chefs sampling their fare. (The Joule’s executive chef Junior Borges, Mirador’s chef Josh Sutcliff, and CBD Provisions’ Nick Walker are among the participating chefs.) There will also be wineries, breweries, and spirit tastings throughout the day. Come early—and hungry.

The Details: Kylde Warren Park, 2012 Woodall Rogers Freeway. 2–6 p.m. $75 per person. Click here to purchase tickets.
