What is local artist Marcello Andres Ortega listening to?

Local ceramicist Marcello Andres Ortega is known for his sculptural works inspired by the warm, family-style dinners he regularly enjoyed as the youngest of a Chilean-immigrant family. A friendly collaborator of Midnight Rambler, Marcello most recently made a series of drinking vessels for the subterranean cocktail bar’s artist-themed menu.

To tap into his imaginative energy, we asked him to curate the soundtrack for creative work. “Music is a massive aspect of what we do at the studio and in my life in general,” he says. “This playlist is comprised of songs played in our listening lounge/studio showroom.”
